Job Description
If you have a passion for customer service, Teleservices PH invites you to apply for the position of Retail Chat Support Customer Care Specialist. In this role, you will:
- Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints to ensure complete satisfaction.
No prior experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training to all new team members!
What We Offer: Competitive salary of up to Php23,00.00 per month, Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage, 13th Month Pay, and various additional benefits.
Our work schedule consists of 8-hour shifts, exclusively on weekdays, allowing you to enjoy your weekends off!
