Job Description
We invite you to be a part of our dynamic team at Teleservices Ortigas Site as a Customer Support Chat Representative. In this vital role, you will:
- Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate and insightful information regarding our products, services, and company policies.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints to ensure utmost satisfaction.
No prior experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training.
Work Schedule: Weekdays only, with weekends off.
Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month, plus benefits including health insurance and paid training.
