Job Description
VXI Global Solutions is currently looking for a committed Talent Acquisition Associate to ensure an efficient onboarding experience for new employees. In this role, you will facilitate the onboarding process by assisting newcomers, managing essential documentation, and monitoring the outcomes of background verifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing submission rate reports and providing valuable insights to our recruitment teams.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree, proficiency in MS Office, and a solid understanding of recruitment processes. While prior experience in the BPO industry is preferred, candidates must also demonstrate flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules.
