Job Description

• Prepare, review, and maintain documentation related to telecommunications licensing, permits, compliance reports, and regulatory filings.
• Provide guidance and support to clients in navigating NTC regulations and requirements.
• Interpret and apply BPS standards accurately to documentation processes and compliance requirements.
• Generate reports for internal audits, compliance reviews, or client requests regarding Bureau of Philippine Standards’ standards and certifications.
• Interpret and apply energy labeling standards accurately to documentation processes and compliance requirements.
• Generate reports for internal audits, compliance reviews, or client requests regarding energy labeling standards and certifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in handling documentation and compliance within the telecommunications industry, preferably involving the NTC or a similar regulatory body.
• Deep understanding of NTC regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Proven experience in managing documentation and compliance within industries governed by BPS standards, such as manufacturing, consumer goods, or quality control.
• Thorough understanding of BPS regulations, standards, and documentation requirements.
• Stay updated on Philippine Energy Labeling Program regulations, guidelines, and standards across various industries and products.
• Interpret and apply energy labeling standards accurately to documentation processes and compliance requirements.
• Liaise with manufacturers, importers, distributors, and industry associations to gather necessary information and documents for compliance with energy labeling requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to clients in meeting energy labeling standards and obtaining necessary certifications.
