Job Description
HRTX is looking for a dedicated and proactive Talent Development Assistant to elevate our learning initiatives. This position entails providing essential administrative support to our Learning team, managing the team calendar, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Learning Management System.
- Coordinate and manage the team calendar, including scheduling meetings and events.
- Oversee the Learning Management System and track participant attendance.
- Assist with special projects and generate data reports related to talent development activities.
