Job Description
Atticus Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager to play a critical role in enhancing our remote team operations while ensuring client satisfaction in a fast-paced startup environment. In this key position, you will oversee the management of a remote workforce, maintain high standards of task quality, address operational challenges, and facilitate the onboarding process for clients.
Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of four years of experience in executive assistant or related roles, a track record of mentoring professionals, and a strong command of tools such as Google Workspace and Slack. Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
