Job Description
We are excited to announce a mass recruitment for Call Center Agents at our locations in Metro Manila! You have the chance to earn up to $28,00 monthly, along with a generous $30,00 sign-on bonus. This opportunity welcomes applicants with NO prior BPO experience!
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries regarding tickets, including purchases, reservations, and cancellations.
- Assist customers in navigating our online ticketing system and address any technical issues that arise.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for specialized support.
- Protect customer privacy by strictly following security protocols.
