Job Description
- Ensures that all patients were given proper information on the doctor’s instructions and issued their prescriptions after.
- Conducts counseling to patients who need further treatment or surgery
- Responsible for answering patients’ queries and addressing them properly or referring them to the respective unit or department.
- Update records of patients in AKA and make sure that all data are accurate
- Monitors daily census reports and informs the head of any discrepancies
- Performs other tasks assigned from time to time
