Job Description
CALLMAX SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking to urgently hire 30 Telemarketer Agents to join our outbound sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who are passionate about cold calling and possess outstanding communication skills.
Work Setup: On-site – Imus, Cavite
Campaign Type: Outbound / Cold Calling
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients
- Address objections and convert leads into sales
- Document call outcomes accurately in the CRM system
- Achieve designated sales targets
Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience in a BPO environment is required
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and high energy levels
