Job Description
Integrated Computer Systems (PH) is in search of a committed Technical Administrative Assistant to enhance our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing incident logging, ticket categorization, service request management, and user communication. Key duties include email gatekeeping, filing requests for proposals (RFPs), and overseeing project advancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with familiarity in PSA applications
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Additional Information:
- Location: Antel 200 Valero Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City, Philippines
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8 AM – 6 PM (on-site)
- Contract Length: 5 months
