Job Description
MFT International Corporation is actively looking for an HR Recruitment Staff to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating and executing effective recruitment strategies.
- Posting job vacancies and reviewing applications.
- Conducting interviews and liaising with hiring managers.
- Maintaining an updated database of potential candidates.
- Providing constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related field, demonstrate prior recruitment experience, and exhibit strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Salary: Starting at Php19,00.00 per month
Work Location: On-site | Schedule: 8-hour shift with potential for overtime.
