Job Description
Excellent People’s Multi-Purpose Cooperative is looking for a dedicated and motivated Human Resource Officer (HRO) to become a vital member of our team. In this role, you will actively participate in our recruitment process, which includes creating job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews. You will also assist with onboarding new employees, addressing inquiries related to salary, benefits, and leave entitlements.
Your responsibilities will extend to preparing HR reports and maintaining precise records of new hires.
Office Location: Boni, Mandaluyong
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php19,500.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
