Job Description
JELL Transport Inc. is looking for a dedicated Operations Officer to manage our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring fleet schedules and assessing performance to ensure optimal efficiency. You will address operational issues, maintain accurate records, and provide orientation to new team members. Collaboration with various departments is essential to meet our deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor fleet schedules and assess performance.
- Enhance operational efficiency and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain detailed records and train new employees.
- Work closely with departments to fulfill objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
