Job Description
The Project-In-Charge will assist the Project Manager, Safety Officer, and Quantity Surveyor to ensure the timely and efficient completion of the project site. This role is essential for maintaining coordination between the project site and the main office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities at both the project site and main office.
- Ensure teams have access to necessary materials and locations.
- Organize work permits and manage building entry requirements.
- Submit delivery receipts and invoices to the Finance department.
- Oversee consumables and assist with materials procurement.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of site experience; proficient in Microsoft Office. Graduates in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design are preferred.
