Job Description
The HR Intern will collaborate with the Human Resource team to facilitate the recruitment process and enhance employee engagement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Engage in the recruitment process to identify and source qualified candidates.
- Maintain and regularly update the Recruitment Masterlist.
- Organize and manage all recruitment-related documentation efficiently.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing and running employee engagement activities.
- Disseminate important announcements regarding these activities.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college program, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or HR Management.
- Exemplary communication skills and proficient in technology.
This position requires a minimum commitment of 300 hours over a 3-month contract. Remote work is available weekdays from Monday to Friday.
