Job Description
BPOCaldwell SupportWorks is actively seeking a dedicated Hotel Reservation Specialist to become a valuable member of our expanding team. As an integral part of our team, your primary responsibilities will involve answering phone calls to assist clients, managing customer inquiries through mail and fax, and ensuring that participant questions are promptly and accurately addressed.
We encourage applications from recent graduates as well as candidates with prior BPO experience. Strong English communication skills are essential, and applicants must be able to work onsite within a 25 to 35 km radius.
