Job Description
Job Summary: Waltermart Supermarket, Inc. is seeking a Selling Supervisor to enhance category profitability through effective daily management of selling operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance customer service.
- Drive category sales while ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation protocols.
- Execute all promotions accurately and punctually.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy for assigned categories.
- Supervise sales support staff and merchandisers.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is required. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in retail or food operations.
