Job Description
MFT International Corporation is actively seeking a talented HR Recruitment Staff member to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will take charge of developing and executing recruitment strategies, posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a database of potential candidates, providing feedback to both candidates and managers, and facilitating new hire onboarding processes.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in recruitment software and social media are essential.
