Job Description
Probe CX is seeking a dedicated Customer Interaction Centre Team Leader to manage daily operations and guide a team of customer service agents. In this role, you will ensure that our customers receive outstanding service while consistently meeting sales objectives. Key responsibilities include overseeing personnel management, monitoring performance, conducting staff training, and offering insightful feedback for product enhancement.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. While technical support experience is advantageous, it is not a requirement.
