Job Description
A Customs Support Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods across international borders. This position requires a strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with customs documentation, including import and export declarations
- Coordinating and communicating with customs agents, government officials, and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and resolving any issues or delays
- Providing support and guidance to internal teams regarding customs procedures
- Monitoring and updating relevant databases and systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
