Job Description
The Clinic Assistant is responsible for providing support and assistance to medical professionals in a clinic setting. Duties may include greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls and inquiries, maintaining patient records, preparing examination rooms, and assisting with procedures or treatments as directed by the medical staff.
Key skills required for this position include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A background in healthcare or customer service is preferred, but not required.
