Job Description
Waltermart Supermarket, Inc. is actively looking for a dedicated Store Officer in Charge to manage the daily operations of our Department Store. This vital position is essential for ensuring smooth and efficient store operations. Key responsibilities include motivating the team to provide exceptional customer service and formulating effective business strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in business.
- Possess 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail or fast food in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
