Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Zoho CRM Coordinator. As a Zoho CRM Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM system to improve sales processes and customer relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Customizing and configuring Zoho CRM to meet the organization’s specific needs
- Implementing CRM best practices and training team members on CRM usage
- Monitoring and analyzing CRM data to identify opportunities for sales growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with other business systems
- Assisting with database management, data cleansing, and maintaining data accuracy
To be successful in this role, you should have strong technical expertise in Zoho CRM, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders. Prior experience in CRM administration or coordination is highly preferred.
