Job Description
We are currently seeking a Leasing Advisor to join our team. As a Leasing Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our company by assisting prospective tenants and guiding them through the leasing process.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Showing available rental properties to potential tenants
- Explaining lease terms, rental policies, and procedures
- Assisting with the completion of leasing applications
- Conducting background and credit checks on applicants
- Negotiating lease terms and rental prices
- Preparing lease agreements and ensuring timely execution
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing tenant inquiries
If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills, this position is perfect for you. Prior experience in real estate or property management is preferred. A valid real estate license is a plus.
