Job Description
MetroBank is currently seeking a dedicated Special Accounts Management Officer to oversee and resolve overdue loans and accounts at risk. The primary objective of this role is to minimize Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) through effective remedial strategies and, when necessary, legal action.
Key responsibilities include compiling comprehensive reports for management, collaborating with various bank departments, ensuring compliance with settlement agreements, and staying informed about industry trends. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing remedial accounts and a strong foundation in both consumer and commercial banking.
