Job Description

Helpware is in search of a dedicated Customer Support Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. The ideal candidate will prioritize delivering outstanding customer experiences and possess the ability to make prompt and accurate decisions. Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assisting customers with purchases, and coordinating returns and exchanges.

Applicants should hold a high school diploma and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment, along with outstanding communication skills. Candidates must be available to work from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. MST and must be at least 18 years old.
