Job Description
TeleCaldwell Careers is currently seeking committed individuals for the role of Content Moderator. We proudly offer an industry-leading benefits package, featuring a competitive salary between Php20,00.00 and Php29,00.00 per month.
In this position, you will adhere to standard operating procedures, address priority issues, ensure customer satisfaction through a one-call resolution approach, and perform basic troubleshooting as necessary.
The ideal candidate should be a high school graduate (or ALS equivalent), possess exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to multitask and stay organized. Previous experience in the BPO sector is not a requirement!
