Job Description
As an FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in driving and supporting the financial planning and analysis activities of our company. You will be responsible for providing accurate and insightful financial analysis, developing financial forecasts and budgets, and recommending actions to improve financial performance.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, monitor key performance indicators, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing financial reports, conducting variance analysis, and assisting in the development of financial models and business plans.
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong background in finance, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to diverse stakeholders. Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis techniques, as well as proficiency in financial software and tools, is also required.
