Job Description

DXC Technology is looking for a committed Customer Service Representative Lead to join our team. This role involves managing inbound calls from insurance policyholders and providers, executing business process transactions, and working collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include driving process improvements, analyzing data trends, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center environment and hold FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification, ideally with a focus on Life Insurance.
