Job Description
Makati Shangri-La, Manila, a premier hotel located in the bustling financial district of Manila, is seeking a dedicated Service Leader for our Customer Sales and Guest Service Center. The selected candidate will assist guests with their reservations, provide comprehensive information about our hotel services, and highlight ongoing promotions. Your primary goal will be to convert inquiries into bookings while ensuring an outstanding guest experience through effective sales techniques.
We are seeking a collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and relevant sales experience. Proficiency in English and local languages is required.
