Job Description
The Head of DocUnit will serve a crucial role in fostering communication between Senior Leaders and team members, ensuring the timely delivery of services aligned with established SLAs and KPIs. This individual will play a key part in enhancing team performance and promoting the professional development of team members. Key responsibilities include conducting team meetings, upholding service standards, and facilitating discussions during stakeholder meetings.
Ideal candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 2-3 years of experience in Learning Management Systems support, with familiarity in platforms such as LOS and SuccessFactors LMS. Exceptional leadership skills, stakeholder management abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
