Job Description
Octal Philippines Inc. is on the lookout for a qualified Regional Controller – CPA to oversee financial operations across our regional branches. This essential position involves ensuring compliance with accounting standards, conducting financial reporting, managing budgeting processes, and contributing to strategic planning. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior management to drive business performance and support informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- 10-15 years of experience as a Controller
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (NetSuite Oracle preferred)
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
MUST HAVE: Proven experience as a Regional Controller in the IT/BPO sector with a workforce of 800-100 employees.
