Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring efficient and smooth running of all aspects.
Your main responsibilities will include managing and supervising a team of store staff, monitoring inventory levels, maintaining store cleanliness, providing exceptional customer service, and implementing company policies and procedures.
Additionally, you will be required to analyze sales trends, set sales targets, and develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities are essential for this role.
