Job Description
- Daily encoding and controlling of IN and OUT materials in the ERP system including miscellaneous materials (stationary & consumables) and all raw materials.
- Monitoring and printing of picking list submitted by PMC and issues to warehouse operator.
- Computes average lead time from printing of picking list to preparation of materials ready for issuance.
- Prints itemized packing list for checking received quantity and sends copy to IQC.
- Prepares monthly inventory report for Accounting China-HQ.
- Posts/encodes issuance of materials based on picking list.
- Posts/encodes CT and XT tagged materials after receiving for confirmation and printing of packing list.
- Sends discrepancy & quality status report to PMC and purchasing department.
- Receives delivery of local supplies.
- Manually prepares picking list for locally purchased materials prior to issuance.
- Filing warehouse reports and documents in an organized system.
- Performs other assigned duties by Warehouse Supervisor.
- Any 4-year course graduate with good communication skills.
- Ability to handle work pressure and flexible.
