Job Description
Minimum requirements:
- Good Communication skills both verbally and written.
- At least 6 months of BPO experience as a Customer Service Representative – Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to work onsite on one of our Contact Centre
- Applicants must be willing to work and relocate to Clark, Pampanga.
- Applicants must be a Filipino citizen or have a relevant residence status
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Responsible for answering customer’s query about related products and processes over the phone
- Handle e-mail and phone inquiries and requests from VIP clients, with utmost care and priority
- Responsible for bookings, amendments, or cancellations of requests with 100% accuracy
- Proactive in coordinating and relaying information to airport operations when needed
- Generate Report when needed
- Upsell or cross sell other products as needed
