Who are we looking for:
As a Business Process Analyst, you are expected to provide enhanced operational support for the end-to-end process.
- Simplify, optimize, standardize and automate the existing processes
- Strengthen the integrity of inventory flow
- Document and implement the assigned projects based on requirement
- Execute assigned Planned and Special Projects
- Execute projects resulting in company savings (e.g. Time, Cost, etc)
What does it take to be part of the team?
- At least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in process documentation, project management, or related field.
- Experience and knowledge with Retail Industry.
- Highly competent in project management and execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
- Ability to create and understand process analysis and documentation.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to manage process review and change initiative.
