Job Description
Join Gardenia at Laguna International Industrial Park in Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna, as a Dispatch Supervisor. We are seeking qualified candidates with a degree in Engineering or any 4-year course. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in warehouse and distribution operations. Familiarity with ISO 9001, HACCP, and delivery logistics is considered a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills. Additionally, a willingness to work shifting schedules and extended hours when necessary is essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling manpower, ensuring the accurate receipt of finished products, and coordinating with various teams to meet dispatch targets.
