Job Description
Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Accounting Operations Supervisor, where you will lead our Intercompany Accounting team. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial operations while adhering to US GAAP and SOX regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor the Intercompany Accounting team.
- Oversee finance activities to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations.
- Foster a customer-first culture within the team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Record to Report (RtR) Operational Accounting.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English is required.
