Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer support operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Your main tasks will include managing a team of customer support representatives, supervising their daily activities, and ensuring all incoming queries and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring new team members, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance the overall customer support experience.
