Job Description
Teleservices Jobs Manila is looking for a motivated Non-Voice Customer Service Representative to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products, services, and company policies.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints to ensure overall satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- A friendly attitude with strong communication skills.
- Filipino citizenship or appropriate residency status.
