Job Description
RealPage, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Commissions Analyst I to join our incentive compensation team. This position is responsible for managing the accounting and incentive pay processes, requiring advanced analytical and computer skills. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate payments for employees receiving incentive compensation, gathering and processing data from various sources, and delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders involved in the incentive compensation process.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in finance, preferably within incentive compensation, and possess strong Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities are critical. Flexibility for overtime work is necessary.
