Job Description
Accenture is looking for an experienced Instructor Associate Manager to join our dynamic team. This hybrid position entails comprehensive planning, execution, and management of operational training for onboarding associates and team leaders. You will be responsible for establishing evaluation metrics to assess training effectiveness, facilitating up-skilling and continuous education programs, and analyzing performance trends to implement enhancements.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of overall work experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role. A college degree is required. While experience in contact center training is preferred, it is not mandatory.
