Job Description
Are you a fluent Vietnamese speaker with a keen interest in Sourcing or Procurement? BI Business Services PH is seeking a Procurement Specialist. In this role, you will efficiently review requisitions and generate purchase orders while ensuring compliance with legal standards and internal policies.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting quality checks on requisitions, verifying invoices, maintaining master data, and providing support to internal business partners regarding procurement inquiries. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred, along with experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and familiarity with SAP IT systems such as weBuy (Ariba).
Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment are essential for success in this position.
