Job Description
RELX is seeking a Credit & Collections Specialist II to actively mitigate financial risks by evaluating customer creditworthiness. In this critical role, you will be responsible for investigating and approving credit applications within established guidelines, as well as addressing credit-related issues in partnership with corporate clients and various internal teams.
Your responsibilities will also include collecting overdue accounts and negotiating payment terms. Additionally, you will provide leadership to a business support team by performing complex tasks and analyzing data to resolve ongoing challenges, ultimately contributing to the team’s overall success.
