Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Adhere to established operational procedures, escalate critical issues as necessary, ensure customer satisfaction through effective one-call resolutions, and perform basic troubleshooting tasks.
Qualifications: We welcome all applicants, regardless of BPO experience. High School or Alternative Learning System (ALS) graduates are preferred. Candidates should possess excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
