Job Description
Funtomato Consultancy is looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Supervisor to oversee our dynamic recruitment team. In this role, you will manage a group of over 20 recruiters while formulating innovative strategies in the tech, gaming, and finance sectors.
Your primary responsibilities will include achieving hiring targets, enhancing our employer branding, and streamlining recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, with a minimum of 8 years of recruitment experience, and at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php 50,00.00 – Php 70,00.00 per month
