Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Product Support Representative. As a Product Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients.
Your main responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, troubleshooting product issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. You will work closely with our development and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product improvement.
