Job Description
VXI Global Solutions is excited to announce an opening for an HRIS Associate to support our Human Resources operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll requirements for new hires and coordinate with the Finance department.
- Classify and manage employee files into active and inactive categories.
- Assist employees in obtaining necessary documentation.
- Act as a liaison for HR-related inquiries as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or comparable positions.
- Availability to work onsite and during night shifts.
