Job Description
Antel Land, a valued member of the Antel Group of Companies, is in search of a committed Customer Service Associate to deliver outstanding support to our clients. This pivotal role involves maintaining effective communication and ensuring timely resolutions to inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries through email, phone, and text.
- Assist with reservation and payment documentation.
- Oversee statements for bank loans and insurance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client requests.
- Provide assistance to walk-in clients and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Exceptional communication and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or real estate is advantageous.
- Highly organized, proactive, and client-oriented.
- Must be willing to work in General Trias, Cavite.
