Job Description
Eclerx is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Collections Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers regarding overdue invoices. Previous experience in collections is advantageous, as it enhances effective communication and resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to address outstanding invoices.
- Implement effective collection strategies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in collections preferred.
- Availability to work a fixed night shift and on public holidays.
- Ability to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa once office operations resume (currently remote).
